  • After making purchases in the Online Store, the seller provides the necessary data to create an email invitation to the company handling the survey process. The shipment of surveys and the process of collecting opinions in forms are fully handled by TrustMate SA, located at Bartoszowicka 3, 51-641 Wrocław. TrustMate SA sends the customer an email asking for an opinion and a link to an online form that allows its submission – the online form allows the customer to respond to the seller's questions about purchases, their evaluation, adding their own description regarding the opinion, and a photo of the purchased product. If no opinion is provided after receiving the first invitation to provide an opinion, TrustMate may resend the invitation.

  • An opinion can only be provided by a customer who made purchases in the Online Store of the seller.

  • Opinions provided by the customer are published by the seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io profile.

  • Providing an opinion cannot be used by the customer for unlawful activities, especially actions that constitute unfair competition against the seller, or actions that violate personal rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the seller or third parties.

  • An opinion can only be provided for products actually purchased in the Online Store of the seller. It is forbidden to enter into fictitious/apparent sales contracts in order to provide an opinion. The author of the opinion cannot also be the seller himself or his employees, regardless of the basis of employment.

  • An opinion provided can be removed at any time by its author.
