ADBL Roller EVO Pads x 6 - POLISHING PADS

A set of open-cell pads with different degrees of the hardness, designed to work with dual-action machines with a 125 mm backing plate. Depending on the need, and hardness of the paint they can be used with any ADBL Roller polishing machine and any ADBL polishing compound (ADBL Hard Cut, ADBL Super Polish, ADBL Perfect Finish) or AIO (ADBL AIO Hard, ADBL AIO Soft) to perform cutting, polish, finish or one-step. The diameter of the Velcro is slightly wider than the backing plate warranting comfortable work on embossing and hard to reach areas. Open-cell structure makes it easier to work on soft paint thanks to much higher absorbance of residue. Additionally the pad heats-up significantly less, allowing optimal use of the polishing compound. To paint with high level of hardness it allows one-step with a great finish suing ADBL Super Polish or ADBL or ADBL Hard Cut. Pads order from the hardest to softest: EVO Red, EVO Yellow, EVO Orange, EVO Violet.

METHOD OF USE

Attach the pad evenly to the backing plate. Apply 4 pea-sized drops of compound to the pad (the suggested size is shown on the label). Place the pad flat on the panel. Start the machine on the lowest speed without applying too much pressure and spread the compound on a maximum 40 x 40 cm panel. Increase the machine's speed to 3-4 gear while gradually increasing the pressure. Work evenly controlling flat placement of the pad on the paint. Once the compound is worked in (transparent film), wipe off the remaining with a gentle microfiber. WARNING! Too much compound, too much pressure or too high speed do not increase efficiency, but can cause: pad clogging, harder removal of unworked compound, fast compound drying and dusting, formation of so-called 'frame' of compound around the working surface, which will be hard to remove when dried.
